booking

The minimum number of participants is 10 people. There is no upper limit.

We will be happy to check the availability of the respective accommodation and book additional places for you. Cancellations by individual participants may incur cancellation fees depending on the date of cancellation. You can find the staggered fees in our terms and conditions under point 5.4.

training camp

You can find an example or standard schedule for a weekend training camp at the bottom of each training camp's website. However, you always have the option of telling us your desired schedule in advance so that we can take your individual wishes into account and integrate them into the schedule.

A training session is always scheduled for 90 minutes (regardless of the sport).

Due to the fact that the needs of each team are very different, you as a team must bring your own training materials. However, there are of course enough goals on site and they are usually available in different sizes.

Two training sessions are included in your offer for each overnight stay. If you attend a training camp from Friday to Sunday, you will complete four training sessions. Usually, one training session takes place on Friday afternoon/evening, two on Saturday and one session on Sunday morning.

As soon as you have booked a training camp, we will discuss your individual training times with the local sports facility and inform you about your individual schedule at least one week before the start of the training camp. We are happy to try to implement your desired times and plan further in advance.

If possible, we would be happy to organize a friendly match for you during your stay. There is an additional charge of €5.00 to €10.00 per person for organizing the opponent, the pitch and the referee. Alternatively, you can organize a friendly match yourself with a local club. In this case, of course, there would be no additional costs.

accommodation + meals

Our standard package includes (apart from a few locations) accommodation in shared rooms (usually 3- to 6-bed rooms). However, single or double rooms can also be booked for an additional charge per person.

As a rule, the trainers/supervisors stay either in double/twin rooms or in shared rooms (exceptions apply). Single rooms can be added to the booking upon request for an additional charge depending on the location.

As a rule, you will travel with your own vehicles. In individual cases, however, we can also help you organize transport. If, for example, there are more than 40 people, we would be happy to make you an offer for arrival and departure by coach.

Yes, you can park for free at most locations. If parking is not free, we will inform you in advance.

Yes, all training camps that you can book with us include full board in the price. The first meal is dinner on the day of arrival and the last meal is breakfast on the day of departure. Lunch on the day of departure can be added to the booking on request.

Yes, you will receive an email from us three weeks before your training camp asking about diets and food intolerances. This information will be taken into account during your stay.

This depends on your accommodation. Bed linen is usually provided and is already included in the price. Towels are not included in most cases, but can be added to the booking for a small additional charge.

In consultation with your accommodation or sports club, you can use the showers on site after your last training session.
